yep, you're missing a lot
attack speed is a stat that exists, and its one of the more important stats when using a shortbow in dungeon. Your power should be set to itchy and your goal should be to hit 100 attack speed with juju.

outside dungeons mp adds up as well
A 550 mp shadow assassin user would out damage a 350 mp necron user (you)
that +40 dmg stat from increasing your mp actually matters.

cant explain it better then that, you either understood the importance of mp or you will learn the hardway when you do 0 dmg to anything

you are probably doing something wrong then - either you included price of accessory slots since you wasted it on low rarity talismans or you are just looking at wrong things

at 500 mp (2nd row) it should be 200/200
3rd row is 750 mp and 1st is 250 mp

also you should be using itchy or scorching and not bloody

hi so actually if you had 500 mp it would be +199 strength and crit chance with bloody
and bloody is definitely not the best best accessory power but its good enough for now

you also get tuning points! another 15 tuning points is quite nice, especially for speed in dungeons

is it overrated, in dungeons yeah kinda
but the importance is it provides stats no matter where/when you are in the game
(not even mentioning the tiny effects/stat bonuses that each talisman gives on its own)
mp is like the one thing that doesn't change depending on the meta. more mp = better stats always

any investment into magical power now is good because chances are you won't be selling them down the line
and even if 500 seems too far away, get 450! any increase is progress that can't really be replaced anywhere else

also people use mp to help quickly pick out if someones rushing dungeons etc

1. thats not a 20 stat difference, thats a 36 point difference
2. you are ignoring the 15 tuning points you get (which would be 15 strength / cd)
3. 500 mp actually gives 199 strength and cd from bloody (that makes it into a 88 point difference)
4. bloody is one of the worse power stones to use with juju in dungeons, itchy is way way better as the attack speed is much more important

Mp isn’t that useful until you need the following

1: term- maxed cc and atk speed requires a pretty high mp

2: melee stuff latergame- melee needs mp to do more damage

The only time your point is valid is when it's above 1.5k mp and then you have to spend literal billions for a little buff. But the players that have this much MP they can probably afford it. MP is crucial and until a certain point is cheapest way to buff your damage. Yes, armor, weapon, gemstones, reforges, fumings, hpb, stars, master stars and etc. are important too, but not that much until you get decent MP.

For example, until 1.2k MP I used juju (don't ask, bad financing and hate to liquidate). However, with this MP I had similar dps (sometimes even more) to term users that had their entire nw on armor and weapon, but little to no MP(<600). That's both inside and outside dungeons. Yet, the 800mp terms were outdamaging me by a lot. What I am trying to say is balance is key, but MP is very much important and you are not wasting money in any way if you go for higher MP.

the nice thing about MP is that the stats follow you everywhere

if you swap armor/weapon, you aren't benefiting anymore from the upgrades you put onto it

but no matter what you keep the stats from MP

Mp is only important for 5 things:

1. Speed

2. Term cc

3. Attack speed for things like juju.

4. as the king ducky said, melee stuff latergame

5. lcm

High mp is not THAT important and needed anywhere else
