White, 67, or 2312 Wesley Circle, Bossier City, died at 3:13 p.m. Sunday in Bossier General Hospital, following a long illness. A native of Bryceland, Mr.

White lived in Bossier City since 1926. He was president of -White Insurance Agency, Inc. Mr. White was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City, Shreveport Insurance Agents, Louisiana Association of Insurance Agents, Bossier City Chamber of Commerce, Palmetto Country Club, a past of Bossier City commissioner, Hospital and he assisted in formation of Bossier City Riding Club. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.

Tuesday in the Bossier City Rose- Neath Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Damon Vaughn, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Survivors include one daughter, Miss Susan White of Bossier City and one brother, A. P.

White of Bossier City. Pallbearers will be W. T. Waller, Burgess McCranie, J. Fenton, J.

Murray Durham, Ira D. Harbuck, J. Nixon Birdwell, Robert J. Stinson and R. H.

Kirkland. Honorary pallbearers will be the officers and directors of the National Bank of Bossier. MRS. PAULINE W. OUTLAND Mr.

White Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Willis Outland, 63, Miss Shreveport of 1933, were to be held at 2 p.m. today in Conger Funeral Home chapel with Rev. J. R.

Taylor, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Bernice, and Rev. Steve Spurlock, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Gibsland, officiating. Burial was to be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Mrs.

Outland died Friday in an Arcadia hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Outland was executive director of the Texas Society for the Prevention of Blindness in Houston, Tex. The society's building is to be named after her, family friends said. Mrs.

Outland, then Miss Willis, captured the Miss Shreveport title while she was modeling for a Shreveport department store. She attended business school here and was a native of Gibsland. Survivors include one son, T. R. Outland of Houston; one daughter, Mrs.

Delbert Woods of Jackson, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. D. Willis of Mt.

Lebanon; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Carter and Mrs. Jack Storey, both of Mt. Lebanon, and Mrs. Garland Gregory of Houston.

REV. H. L. BEASLEY Burial for Rev. Harvey L.

Beasley, 60, of Greenville, formerly of Shreveport, were to be held at 4 p.m. today in Egger Cemetery north of Caledonia, under the direction of National Funeral Home of Greenville. He died Friday night in Greenville after a sudden illness. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. today with Bishop Mack R.

Stokes of Jackson, officiating at Trinity United Methodist Church in Greenville, where Rev. Beasley was pastor. Rev. Allen Bailey of Cleveland, and Rev. Ed Woodall, associate pastor of Trinity Church, assisted.

Survivors include his wife, and two sisters, Mrs. R. C. Anderson and Mrs. Van Walker, both of Shreveport.

A native of Harris County, Rev. Beasley attended Woods Junior College in Mathiston, and obtained his B.A. degree in theology and later studied at Emory University. FUNERAL SERVICES MR. WILLIE D.

Goff, a native of New Orleans and Shreveport resident for 37 years, died Saturday at 9 p.m. in her home following a sudden illness. She was a member of First Methodist Church. She is listed Who's Who of American Women a and was a member of the Women's Department Club. She was a member and past regent of Pelican Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and served as state and pelican chapter chairman for Americanism and Citizenship.

She was also a member of Magna Charta Dames and Daughters of Colonial Wars. She was past president of Unit, National Parliamentarians and was twice president of Tea and Topics Club. She was a member of the Foster-Gatewood Sunday School Class. Survivors include her husband; a son, John M. Goff of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs.

R. O. Vorbusch of Waveland, and two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Frank Marsh, Ben, King, Normal Preston, Rea J. Fox, Ray Odin Ashton Glassell, James J.

Thornton Jr. and Henry Coutret. TURNER INFANT Mrs. Goff Graveside funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Forest Park West Cemetery for the infant daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. William Gregory Turner of Dixie. The infant was stillborn at Highland Hospital Saturday. Officiating was Dr. Billy McCormack, headmaster of Trinity Heights Academy.

Burial was under the direction of the Marshall Street Rose Neath Funeral Home. Other survivors include the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Vergie A. Turner of Shreveport, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.

H. O. Simpson of Coral Gables, Fla. MRS. LEONARD Mrs.

Jeannette Maxwell Leonard, 76, of 222 East Egan, died at 4 a.m. Sunday in Schumpert Medical Center following a long illness. A 35 year resident of Shreveport. Mrs. Leonard was a native of Ashley County, and was a retired apartment manager.

She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. Funeral services were to be held at 2:30 p.m. today in Old Sarepta Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis E. Huffman, pastor of the church, officiating.

Burial was to be in Old Sarepta Cemetery. Local arrangements are under direction of the Marshall Street Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. P. K.

Bossier of Bossier City and Mrs. Idell Attlesey of Dallas, two brothers, James E. Maxwell of Shreveport and Robert Maxwell of Los Angeles, Calif. and one grandson. Pallbearers were Gary P.

Bossier, John W. Evans, James E. Maxwell, Steven K. Maxwell, Larry F. Holman and George Williams.

M. Daniel, Businessman, 66, Dies Here William Martin Daniel 66, a widely known Shreveport businessman died today at 10:45 a.m. in Schumpert Medical Center. Aug. 5, 1908, in Haynesville, hir, Daniel was a graduate of Minden High School.

He attended Georgia Tech University and Southern Methodist University before joining Querbes Bourquin Insurance Co. as a partner in 1933. He handled fire, marine and special risks department at Querbes Bourquin, which later was expanded to include the foreign department. He was active in insurance association work and served on the Board and for two terms as president of the Shreveport Association of Insurance Agents. He also served from 1961 to 1965 as president of the Louisiana Surplus Assn.

He was chairman of Rules, Rates and Forms Committee for a number of years and invented the One Write Policy, which basically is legal policy form in 49 states. He served as commander the Caddo Bossier Civilian Defense during War II with the rank of Colonel, and received special citations from the U.S. Treasury Department for war bond sales. He left Querbes Bourquin in September, 1969, to accept the position of Vice President and Managing Director of Malvern Insurance Company Ltd. and Bourton Insurance Company both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Offshore Co.

and Southern Natural Co. in Bermuda. Early in 1972, he was elected Vice-President and Managing Director of Querbes Bourquin International Limited. In August, 1972, he was elected president and managing director of Amoshore Drilling jointly owned by Standard Oil Co. of Indiana and The Offshore Co.

After retirement from the above companies he became vice president and managing director of J. S. Blades Co. (International) Ltd. also in Bermuda.

While in Bermuda Mr. Daniel served as a director of the English Speaking Union, The American Society, was a member of the Mid Ocean Club, Belmont Golf and Country Club, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club. He was a member of the Shreveport Country Club and the Shreveport Club. Mr. Daniel was instrumental in the financing and construction of the Broadmoor Methodist Church here.

He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Shreveport, where he has served on the Administrative Board, chairman of the Building and Grounds CHARLES C. DRENNAN Charles C. Drennan, 59, 1142 Dudley Bossier City, died Sunday in Veterans Administration Hospital here after a brief illness. A native of Benton, he had lived in Bossier City 27 years. Funeral services will be held at the gravesite in Hill Crest Memorial Park at 2:30 p.m.

Tuesday with Dr. Dewitt Ginn of St. Stephen's United Methodist Church of Bossier City officiating. Burial will be Home of Bossier City. directed Do.

O. COLEMAN 0. C. Coleman, 77, 2226 Creswell died Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in Confederate Memorial Medical Center following a lengthy illness.

A Shreveport resident for four years, he was a retired game warden for Bossier Parish and a native of Hallsville, Tex. He was a member of Plain Dealing Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Rocky Mount Presbyterian Church with Rev. J.

S. Wagnon officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Mount Church Cemetery near Plain Dealing under the direction of Wellman Funeral Home. Survivors include a son, Gerald C. Coleman of Laguna Niguel, three brothers, Sam E.

Coleman of Hallsville, Roy B. Coleman of Marshall, and Frank E. Coleman of Longview, and three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be B. J.

DAVIS Funeral services for Claude E. Davis, 77, 2405 Tillman Bossier City, were held at 11 a.m. today in the Wood Dunning Funeral Home of Plainview, Tex. Officiating was Rev. Ralph Hale, pastor of Grand Avenue Methodist Church of Hot Springs, Ark.

Mr. Davis died Friday at 2:15 p.m. at the Central Plains Hospital in Plainview after a long illness. A native of Umpire, he had lived in Bossier City for the past few years and was a retired West Texas businessman and rancher. Burial was in Dreamland Cemetery in Turkey, Tex.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Alvis Davis of California; three daughters, Mrs. Bill Weaks of Plainview, Mrs. J. D. Enloe of Anaheim, and Mrs Burt McGreevy of Port Arthur, seven sisters, Mrs.
